As a challenge, my friends and I all decided to make commander decks that cost under $42. We were all randomly assigned one of the five colors for our deck, and I was given white.

This deck is based around the idea of getting as many soldiers out as possible, and then making them tougher. Since the commander Darien brings out soldiers whenever you take damage, I included some cards that restore life whenever a creature enters the battlefield.
