You need more landdisruption. Surging AEther , Regress and Resounding Wave are some more.
Dictate of Kruphix for overdrawing. Magus of the Wheel for Fading away the lands in hand.
Delver of Secrets Flip for aggressiv attacking.
You dont need Cryptic Command . Mana Leak works perfectly without lands and is cheaper to do a lot more a turn.
If you constantly can bounce, then they cant play anything. Blood Moon and Trinisphere dont make anything. Play more disruption.

For a casual deck that's fun and good for beginners I'm going to suggest many packages and try to stay budget but some cards are expensive.
Copy Package: Harness the Storm, Quest for Pure Flame, maybe with Surging Flame and Surging AEther. Pyromancer's Ascension is a bit expensive but would work.
Scry Package: Some scry and burn like Magma Jet to get ripple going, OH! maybe Thunderous Wrath, sucks in your hand, but with scry it does work. Riddle of Lightning/Stormchaser Chimera would be interesting with those higher cost cards. Other scry cards are Voyage's End, Augury Owl, Omenspeaker, Geist of the Archives is good to slow down the game, there's also Mystic Speculation and Serum Visions but these are more expensive.
Control: I LOVE Condescend, scry and counter! There are also other staples, like Mana Leak, but I want to suggest more fun options like Essence Flux.
Aggro/Blitz/Burn: Monastery Swiftspear, Kiln Fiend, Lava Spike, Titan's Strength, Temur Battlerage, Assault Strobe, Mutagenic Growth, Artful Dodge, Aqueous Form, Distortion Strike, Akroan Crusader, Young Pyromancer, Bedlam Reveler, Nivmagus Elemental protects against counterspells, Rush of Adrenaline, Grim Lavamancer, Lightning Bolt.
Rituals: Pyretic Ritual, Desperate Ritual and I can't think of too much else in rituals.

Mill

Hi there!
I see you are running a lot of discard spells. 5 total, from first glance. That may be a little bit much considering that once the opponent's hand is empty, these spells won't really be doing anything that useful.
Some cards I can recommend that mill, which may be better than the Ingest creatures:
Manic Scribe . When it comes in, it'll mill 3 cards, and once 4 card types are in your opponent's graveyards, it'll do it again every one of their upkeeps. That translates to being 3x the mill done than by an ingest creature like Mist Intruder.
Mind Funeral - this card mills a lot in one go, and it's way cheaper than some other cards like Glimpse the Unthinkable. It will probably hit the same number of cards as Startled Awake, against a lot of decks.
Sphinx's Tutelage - this card is another repeatable source of milling, and it's cheaper than Hedron Crab (though Hedron Crab is amazing if your budget allows for it). What's great is that the opponent will mill again if the cards they reveal share colors.
Breaking / Entering could be useful, too, as you can mill 8 cards for only two mana. Mind Sculpt is also an option.
While Lord of the Void has an awesome ability, if you're going to spend 5+ mana to mill, you may as well use Haunting Echoes or Traumatize .
Set Adrift could be a really entertaining way to handle troublesome creatures. An opponent getting out a huge creature is troublesome, but not if you put it on top of their library and then dump it into the graveyard. Surging AEther could be a nice option as well, since it is an instant, you can put a creature on top of the owner's library when they attack with it, effectively protecting you from a single, non-hasted big creature for 3 turns (the turn they play it, it has summoning sickness, the turn they attack with it, you bounce it. If you don't mill it, they draw it the next turn and re-cast it, so you still don't have to worry about it swinging until the turn after that!).
That's about all I've got. Maybe try fewer discard spells (7-8 cards total would work great. I like Despise in a casual setting, but the others are give-and-take), drop a few ingest creatures, and that would allow you to include a lot more mill spells to get the job done more quickly.
You've also got a lot more lands than you probably need; you could easily go down to 24 without much issue. I hope all of this helps, bud!
