There are very few birds to be found here. Odd, because this is a tribal bird theme deck. You aren't even running Maskwood Nexus or Arcane Adaptation
So here are some birds I found that would be fun to play:
Aven Brigadier !!!!!
Whippoorwill an exile for so little the cost
Storm Crow why isn't this here?
Spire Owl cheap, but nice
Sephara, Sky's Blade this hits the field by turn 4 for 1 white mana!
Ledger Shredder badass name and badass ability
Cartographer's Hawk a fun card that empties your deck of plains
Flurry of Wings and Settle the Wreckage There is so much fun to be had
Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker_ look at this scawwwwww _ Warden of Evos Isle not needed, but nice for making 5 mana birds cost less
Empyrean Eagle lord
Kangee, Sky Warden all it takes is one 1/1 bird token to scwwwaaa
Kangee, Aerie Keeper you can't run one bird and not have any feathers ay?
Shabraz, the Skyshark its a sharknado
Wingmate Roc the best wingman
High Sentinels of Arashin use your mana ramp to buff your army
Nimble Obstructionist _a tale's end _
Emeria Angel dude

Jubilant Skybonder would offer some good protection for your flyers. Ornithopter of Paradise would be a good fit here. Not everyone is a fan, but I think Cartographer's Hawk could be of some value, too.

Hello Argy,
Thank you for your comments.
I get lazy about lands, so i use basics as placeholders for duals, so if i were to build this deck, i would run 4x Hallowed Fountain and 4x Hengegate Pathway Flip, 4x Glacial Fortress and likely a mix of basics, neo castles, D&D man lands, and eldrain special lands.
The Lotus Field is a cheeky/janky combo with Strict Proctor, in that Strict Proctor counters Lotus Field's sacrifice ability, meaning, Lotus Field comes into play untapped and i do not have to sac any lands, so i could have 5 mana in play on turn three.
So, re: Jegantha, the Wellspring, around the time i built this deck, i was trying to jam companions into everyone of my brews, so i stuck it in here, but, upon review, that was an error because Jubilant Skybonder contains two of the same mana symbol, meaning, Jegantha, the Wellspring is an illegal companion, so thanks for commenting on it.
Thanks,
Philosopher

I'd recommend looking into the mechanics that work well with both and then comparing them and seeing which one seems more interesting to you.
Vega synergizes really well with mechanics like Jump-Start, Aftermath, Flashback and any Future Sight effects. Vega would veer more into the control side of things, I'd imagine.
Ranar synergizes really well with any exile effects such as removal like Swords to Plowshares, Banishing Light etc, any blink effects like Conjurer's Closet or Thassa, Deep-Dwelling and any token cards like Anointed Procession. Most flying-tribal cards are also really good, like Magus of the Moat and Jubilant Skybonder etc. Ranar would be a bit more aggressive than Vega due to his token production.
I don't think Learn works with either one because the Lesson you grab gets added to your hand and not cast. "From outside the game" effects also don't really work in Commander (but we're assuming your playgroup is cool with it, so it's fine?).

Kykar, Try some Flying
As someone who has a Kykar deck, I'd definitely recommend cutting some lands and adding some more artifact ramp such as Boros Signet, Azorius Signet, Izzet Signet and Mind Stone. Casting these will trigger Kykar, netting you a spirit token and helping to ramp you further ahead. I'd try and stick somewhere around 33-34 lands.
Other cards I'd recommend are Murmuring Mystic as another flying token producer, Jubilant Skybonder to help keep the heat off your fliers, Boros Charm for anti-boardwipe protection, Whirlwind of Thought for some more card draw and Immolating Gyre as a one-sided board wipe. Raugrin Triome is probably also worth a look.
Kykar is a super cool commander and I wish he had more lore. I really wanna know what plane he's from so I can tweak my basic land art accordingly. lol

Phantomias, thank you for your suggestions :) I don't consider cards like Steel Golem because I think Inniaz's stealing ability is back-breaking enough as it is and cards like Steel Golem don't do anything on their own. But Sudden Substitution seems like a fun include that I'll probably try out, thanks :) Sadly, Monastery Siege isn't powerful enough for a 3-mana enchantment, but I'll probably try out Jubilant Skybonder at some point for some extra protection.

Hi, cool deck :) I would be interested in how well Jubilant Skybonder performs for you. Does it do enough work?

Hi, cool deck :) I would be interested in your experience with Dream Trawler and Dragonlord Ojutai . Are they worth their high mana cost? I'd also be interested in how Jubilant Skybonder performs for you.
