Hey,
You're right — the deck is still a bit raw and definitely needs some improvements in card draw and mana ramp. Thanks a lot for the suggestions! I actually had some of these cards on my acquireboard already. I’ve now added Moldervine Reclamation and Sol Ring, and took out Serrated Scorpion and Chainweb Aracnir.
I also swapped Gloomwidow for Hoarding Recluse.
I’m waiting to see if Curse of Clinging Webs and Swarmyard become available in my local shop — if they do, I’ll definitely include them :)
Also, I'm still considering a few more cards for the deck, like Back for More, Archdruid's Charm, Obscuring Haze, Fog, Deathsprout, Tear Asunder, Terrifying Presence, You Look Upon the Tarrasque, Revitalizing Repast Flip, Heroic Intervention, Vraska, the Silencer, Graveshifter, Juvenile Gloomwidow, Greta, Sweettooth Scourge, Broodspinner, Graverobber Spider, Nyx Weaver, Spinner of Souls, Worldly Tutor, Doubling Season, Parallel Lives, Triumph of the Hordes, Rotwidow Pack, Sporeweb Weaver, Realmwalker, and a few others...

Hi there,
This looks fun but there's almost no additional mana sources in here, other than some of your artifacts. I would consider adding spells like Farseek, Nature's Lore and/or Three Visits to accelerate yourself a bit. Please also consider Sol Ring; it's more or less a staple in all EDH decks. Your ability to draw additional cards per turn is a bit limited too; maybe cards like Deathreap Ritual, Idol of Oblivion, Moldervine Reclamation and Phyrexian Arena can help you out there. These are all just the budget options; obviously there are more expensive choices one can make too.
Curse of Clinging Webs could be useful, automatic exile of any opposing creature that dies is useful against a number of opposing strategies, and the generation of spiders adds extra flavor to this deck. Maybe also consider Swarmyard; being able to regenerate your spiders is quite strong. Condering this is a golgari deck and you probably expect your spiders to die a lot, perhaps a card like Meren of Clan Nel Toth could be useful.
Hope the deck works for you.

Some spider suggestions:
Llanowar Greenwidow, Oran-Rief Recluse, Glowstone Recluse, Sentinel Spider, Sweet-Gum Recluse, Hatchery Spider, Doom Weaver, Obelisk Spider, Rotwidow Pack
Spider-Support: Curse of Clinging Webs, Eaten by Spiders, Hidden Spider, Spider Umbra, Webspinner Cuff
Bramble Sovereign could produce Spider Copy-tokens on etb. If you plan playing 3 colours… Thantis, the Warweaver?
And… what about Lolth, Spider Queen?
Edit: with 3.3 cmc, you have a pretty low landcount. I would cut some non-creature-spells

Missing a few spider-themed cards... Llanowar Greenwidow is the newest spider to be printed (helpful for the self-mill subtheme of spiders). Don't forget about Ettercap and Drider if you're just trying to collect 'em all.
It's a little costly for a fun/jank deck, but Arachnogenesis kicks up the spider theme a notch. I put Eaten by Spiders and Curse of Clinging Webs in my spider deck since there are always creatures dying and always flying creatures to kill in 4-player games.
Assault Formation and Sight of the Scalelords can help close games, even if the art isn't specifically spider-themed. (I would pay money for alt-art proxies that had these with spider-themed art tho...)
Finally, you need some lands for consistency... since this is a budget deck, consider Jund Panorama, Savage Lands, Foreboding Ruins, and Game Trail.

Some thoughts:
-
Arachnogenesis, Curse of Clinging Webs, and Mana Web are all not Modern legal, so need to go.
-
Your mana curve is waaay too high. You should be aiming for your average cmc to ideally be around 2, but certainly no higher than 2.4. Yours is currently at 3.38, which is going to lead to some very slow and clumsy hands/draws. In particular, a Modern deck typically can't justify running more than 4 cards costing 4-mana, and run nothing above this cost - you have a whopping 15 cards costing 4-or-more mana, which is just waay too much.
-
To compound the issue above, you have almost nothing to cast on turns 1 and 2. This means you're very likely to be starting the game at-least 1 turn behind your opponent (if not two) - which is pretty disastrous. I would heavily suggest getting a bunch more 1-and-2-mana cards into this deck.

Note that Curse of Clinging Webs doesn't care about whether it was actually able to exile the creature (there's no "if you do", like on Hofri Ghostforge), so the opponent always gets the Spider.

Thank you!
I'm pretty sure that Curious Herd is what I could cut for the Connoisseur. You're right, it's pretty situational. That, and being a 4-drop kinda makes the Connoisseur a better choice.
To be frank, I haven't even actually built this deck yet. It's still in the developmental stage. So some of the cards, like Curse of Clinging Webs for example, will be proven upon playtesting. I'll keep your other suggestions in mind, but at least on paper they don't seem better than your suggested cuts.

It is a priority issue, yeah.
Triggered abilities are put on the stack in APNAP (Active Player, Non-Active Player) order. During your turn, you are the Active Player, and your opponent is the Non-Active Player. In a multiplayer game, each player after you in turn order is the next Non-Active Player.
However, the stack is first-in, last-out. So, if your Hofri Ghostforge's ability triggers first, it'll resolve last. If it tries to exile a card from your graveyard that's already left there, the ability will fail to do anything when it resolves.
So, on your turn if your creature dies, it'll be exiled to Curse of Clinging Webs' ability. On your turn, it'll be exiled to Hofri's ability. In a multiplayer game on neither of your turns, it'll be exiled to the ability of the permanent controlled by whosever turn is furthest away from the Active Player's turn.
