Speeding up Aether Vial's progress by using the Proliferate mechanic. I put a heavy focus on Vial on 4 charge counters. There's a copy of Power Conduit in there to move charge counters off of Vial after it reaches 4. I'm thinking Energy Chamber is more important, since the main goal is to have a turn 3 Phyrexian Obliterator.
