2. It's a mono-{U}-aggro-tempo that will deal surprisingly much damage.

Creatures

2x AEther Adept - Great tempo card if you're opponent is running something it can target.

4x Chasm Skulker - It's a bit heavy as a 3 drop, but it grows fast. Sweetest thing is that it leaves squid -tokens.

4x Delver of Secrets   - One of the best one drops in the history of History.

2x Jeskai Sage - Sweet in combat as it has prowess and possibly draws you a card.

2x Merfolk Looter - Card advantage and Chasm Skulker petting.

2x Vendilion Clique - Knowing what your opponent has makes winning a lot easier. Also a solid flying beat down.

2x Dimensional Infiltrator - Flash 2/1 flyer CMC 2. I like it! Plus the art is really nice.

Tempo

3x Perilous Research - Play on your creatures that's about to be removed, boost Skulker or just draw. You get to draw before choosing what to sac.

2x Rapid Hybridization - This is what blue removal looks like. Sometimes you want to cast this on your own creatures.

3x Vapor Snag - Works in offence and defence. The one damage can help.

1x Boomerang - Return anything to hand. If you got this at start consider hitting a land on turn two.

2x Sleep - This gives about two full broadsides. Make them count!

Other Spells

Four counter spells: 1x Remand, 2x Mana Leak and 1x Spell Pierce.

2x Redirect - Regularely 1-for-2. Also a counter spell for a counter sepells.

4x Opt - The draw can grow Chasm Skulker, and it's all-around-sweet as it's an instant.

1x Squelch - sweet to cast on a fetch land activation early game. More of these in sideboard!

Notes

1. The deck is all basic lands so land destruction can't hit it.
2. You'll propably want to kill your own Chasm Skulker at some point.
3. Show counter spells early so you can bluff them later in the game.
4. I won FnM with this deck.
