A casual Flash EDH deck that uses Tasigur, the Golden Fang as the commander because Simic and Dimir have the 2 biggest pushes for Flash as a mechanic and Taisgur has an instant speed "draw" on him that you can sink your mana into while you hold up counterspells. We've got a lot of ways to stop our stuff getting removed and stop our opponent's from winning, but in terms of win conditions we've got only the most pointless and hilarious jank.

Random Fun Things to Do in This Deck

1. Use Conduit of Ruin to fetch either Ancient Stone Idol or Elder Deep-Fiend. Note that you can get a reduction from Conduit of Ruin once on each of your opponent's turns so you can go wild!
2. Slam down a Faerie Tauntings and incidentally start burning the table just for playing normally.
3. Use Back for More or Makeshift Mannequin to grab a counterspell creature from your graveyard at instant speed.
4. Use Corpse Churn or similar instant speed recursion to grab a counterpsell creature and immediately cast it to counter out of nowhere.
5. Dreamspoiler Witches and incidentally start killing things by playing normally.
6. Mystical Teachings for any card in the deck, basically.
7. Mizzium Meddler or Muck Drubb a buff spell / enchantment and use it against the owner!
8. And of course, the primer jank of all jank... flashing in Ashiok's Forerunner or Teferi's Wavecaster to fetch Ashiok, Sculptor of Fears or Teferi, Timeless Voyager and start ticking up VALUE. Probably not terrible if someone just board wiped or you've got enough mana to hold up a counterspell with it. Hahaha, no just kidding this sounds horrible in the funniest way (but that one time it pops off though...)
