This is a more Casual deck but ideally would like to play it semi-competitive (NOT super competitive OR expensive) in some other formats beside casual with room for reasonably priced expansion. Seeking a Merfolk deck with white splash focusing on combos and mixture of aggro/control, still keeping balance (w/ card draw, opponent control, counter, make creatures harder to target/more powerful)
