Definitely take out Failed Inspection Traumatic Visions Marang River Prowler Aether Meltdown Rod of Ruin Millstone Slayer's Cleaver Soul Separator Lens of Clarity Pacification Array Tome Scour Winged Sliver Windrider Patrol Sliver Construct Skyline Predator Shifting Sliver Hinterland Drake Monastery Flock Kheru Spellsnatcher Deep-Sea Terror Diffusion Sliver Mystical Teachings
I know thats a lot but most of those cards are just straight bad for commander, and the slivers only benefit each other and theres just not enough of them, replace those and I have a few more suggestions
Serum Visions Cephalid Constable Chasm Skulker (def get Skulker) Deadeye Navigator Delver of Secrets Flip Disciple of the Ring Djinn of Wishes Contingency Plan and Niblis of Frost are just a few more that are pretty good

I completely understand that. Even I don't feel like getting the swords although the way power level increases in my meta, I may be forced to getting them soon.
I have already mentioned some interesting creatures but I'll suggest a couple more here:
- Augury Adept
- Balefire Dragon
- Blinding Angel*
- Cephalid Constable*
- Dragonlord Ojutai
- Grenzo, Havoc Raiser*
- Medomai the Ageless*
- Sphinx Ambassador*
- Windrider Patrol
I would of course include creatures that buff the home team on spell cast like Soulblade Djinn and Strongarm Monk, but I'd try to find a place for at least a couple of these by replacing other vanilla creatures like Mantis Rider and Lotus Path Djinn... These, albeit filled with flavor, have little to do in a commander game where you are facing more than one opponent. In multiplayer, getting ahead in resources, whether in cards drawn or tempo, is king! Go for the value ;)
ps: i have marked with a star some inclusions that are budget friendly that can over-perform in my opinion.

Yep. So did I, but I'll determine that after some testing. I think Jhessian Thief would beat out Windrider Patrol. I'd consider it, but I don't have the money for World Breaker, Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker is a good idea, but I'd be discarding a lot more than I want to. Rattleclaw Mystic is a good idea, possibly a 2- and 2 with Whisperer of the Wilds when I acquire $4 to get it. I'm using Surrak Dragonclaw primarily as a (SURPRISE!) Your perfectly nice blocks of 1/1s and 2/2s against Frost Walkers is actually lethal! Enjoy!.

So I playtested it a couple more times, and I feel like Bane of Bala Ged is a bit out of place. While it's a perfectly fine curve-topper, I would say there are definitely better ones. If you're looking for more LD, World Breaker is probably better. But I would say you might be better off just lowering the curve altogether. For example, Windrider Patrol is a solid flying threat, Surrak Dragonclaw is large and uncounterable, and Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker is another strong flyer with further utility. Additionally, Rattleclaw Mystic may be better than Whisperer of the Wilds, since you rather need the mana fixing.

I like the look if this. I'd probably take out the 4x Umara Entangler and 3x Windrider Patrol and put in 4X Reflector Mage and 3x Mirror Mockery. Between Reflector Mage and Harbinger of the Tides you can do a lot of bouncing, with Mirror Mockery on them you bounce on every attack. And Halimar Tidecaller with Mirror Mockery keeps getting awaken spells back in hand. But I like weird stuff :P

I would max out on copies of Mist Intruder, Benthic Infiltrator, Tide Drifter, and Clutch of Currents. Remove straggling cards like Windrider Patrol, Oracle of Dust, and Ulamog's Reclaimer. This will help the deck get off to a faster start. Also, remove 2-3 swamps and exchange them for islands.
