Sideboard

Sea creatures are really cool and I like them! They are also really fun in Magic: the Gathering, as they can be really big and have great designs, especially Leviathans and Krakens. Inspired by the Kiora duel deck, I made this commander deck based off lands, ramp, islandwalk and most of all big fishes!

The Big Fishes

These are the win condition and the heart and soul of the deck. Many very big sea (and sometimes land) monsters, hard to block and very cute. The deck aims to get these out and attack with them as fast as possible

The Ramp

I put quite a bit of ramp in this deck, but I want to be very sure that there is enough mana for all the cards. These are the only cheap creatures, which could pose the biggest problem for the deck

The Islands

Islandwalk is really fun if you can make the islands yourself! For this, I used [Sealock Monster] and [Tidal Warrior].

The Returning and Tapping

The big fishes are dangerous, but they are not unbeatable. To help them and to protect myself, I put in some return spells and tapping spells. Tapping is extra deadly in combination with [Tromokratis].
