This is a deck designed to help people in underdeveloped countries harvest salt in order to better support themselves.

T1: Despise T2: Fog BankT3: Dimir MachinationsT4: Eradicate whatever has come out to threaten youT5: Lobotomy whatever they were excited to play next turnT6: Ghastlord of Fugue will kill their hand every turn or Sire of Stagnation will make them unwilling to play the lands that will come to fill their hand

The goal is to exile enough important parts of the opponent's deck that it loses its win con and slowly becomes almost entirely lands as all the nonlands are exiled. The more combos they play the more each Lobotomy hurts. Nobody wants to lose 4 flip jaces in one turn. Nobody wants to lose 4 Siege Rhinos in the next. The important thing to remember is that the goal is not to mill or drop life to zero. The goal is to inflict the most real life psychic damage. Kills don't happen in a reasonable amount of turns. Repeated Dimir Machinations to make sure they only draw lands is encouraged.
