Lobotomy

Sorcery

Target player reveals their hand, then you choose a card other than a basic land card from it. Search that player’s graveyard, hand, and library for all cards with the same name as the chosen card and exile them. Then that player shuffles their library.

Black has a lot more options. Name Hate removal galore and punishment cards that get rid of creatures for attacking you.

Dread, No Mercy and cards like it destroy creatures without targeting them. Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts will even give you token creatures for killing stuff.

Also limited to black, Name Hate cards like Extirpate which even has split second so it will resolve before your opponent can do something about it. Another good one is Cranial Extraction. It does not target a creature and the creature you name does not need to be in play. If their yard is loaded, then Haunting Echoes will ruin their day. Surgical Extraction can get cast without black mana. The big drawback is you need to know the name, or there needs to be a copy in their yard. There are some that let you look at their hand, like Lobotomy and then get rid of them.

Also, maybe (Even though it has practically no chance of ever actually happening) consider taking out half your Evolving Wilds for Terramorphic Expanse? For things that affect you by card name, such as Lobotomy.

It'd be a big addition, but how about Circu, Dimir Lobotomist? It (Obviously) pairs well with your Lobotomys. And since you have so many black and blue things, you would get optimal use of him. Agony Warp goes well with it too and I find it helps in most decks a ton.

Surgical Extraction, Extirpate, Extract, Lobotomy, Sadistic Sacrament, Pick the Brain and a few more cards I can't remember at the moment make it easy to get cards out of your opponents library without milling them. Which can be very helpful for you, because it prevents the problem of milling an Emrakul, the Aeons Torn or something similar which sort of null and voids your game plan. Also since you are playing black you have access to Leyline of the Void as a mainboard option. Obviously leyline doesn't work with the first two cards I mentioned but oh well. Also Balustrade Spy, and Undercity Informer have the same effect of Mind Funeral on a body. You could also play one of the infinite mill effects like Leyline of the Void (although more commonly Rest in Peace) and Helm of Obedience, or Painter's Servant and Grind Stone. Both are pretty fun to play. Basically what I am saying is why not exile stuff if you can, and/or use some precision extraction with your mass mill. I am also not sure what you are doing with the Shelldock Isle since you don't have anything really in need of hiding away. I would switch to something else in that slot. I suppose it depends on how competitive you want to be, and how much you are willing to spend as to how to decide on what to change. Like playing Halimar Depths, Bojuka Bog, and Dimir Aqueduct is fun with the synergy and to fuel your Hedron Crab but not really fast enough to be very competitive, and playing Underground Sea, with Polluted Delta is fast enough and fuels the crab but is very expensive. You could also play Force of Will and Thoughtseize to protect your stuff, with a team of walkers like Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver, Liliana of the Veil, and Jace, the Mind Sculptor to lay down threat but that doesn't entirely seem like the way you wish to play. I have a few decks you could look at if you'd like to see what I did. your worst nightmare, tezzstone, and a deck that uses Shelldock Isle, today is doomsday. Hope something I said is worth while to you.

Nightdragon779 Lobotomy! Not Memoricide. We'll actually, Lobotomy can hit nonbasics, but...

It may see play as a punisher of slow, counter-free decks that rely on only few win-cons. There are a couple of decks like that. Or, you know, it could just be a better Transgress. I mean, it takes up turn 3 instead of turn 2, but otherwise it is pretty much just better.

Geralf's Masterpiece can and will be broken. You may see it in modern.

Relentless Dead is awesome. I wasn't so hot on it until I realised that your opponent HAS to kill it before you untapped to avoid you getting value (unless exile, at which point, I cri everytiem).

Wait... Why wasn't Relentless Dead the cover card for Cursed? 0_0

Madness cards are madness cards.

I laugh historically whenever someone says that Pick The Brain is a Cranial Extraction with Delirium. It isn't. It's a 3 mana Lobotomy (well, minus being unable to take nonbasics).

I would suggest upping Slaughter Games to four and dropping down to two Thought Hemorrhage. How are you going to rid of Force of Will when they counter your spell? That three damage is nice if you can guess what's in their hand, but in the land of blue spells, uncounterability is king.

Lobotomy is cool if you have the information. Gitaxian Probe would help but goes against your budget. Duress might serve you better than Perish the Thought.

Scytec made some really good suggestions. That Bitter Ordeal would be amazing here.
