Trying to make a casual pauper EDH deck for my brother with Gimli, Counter of Kills as the commander. I've basically just tried to grab what looks powerful to me, which includes big creature burn to benefit from Gimli's triggered ability, other cards that benefit from casting burn spells. Also the Seven Dwarves seem pretty powerful so I threw them in along with a lot of draw/discard in order to get to them and to the burn spells faster.

Things I need help with:

-Does the land/mana rock count seem right for this curve?

-Am I taking advantage of Gimli effectively? I can't help but feel there are ways I'm not thinking of to get value out of him

-Basically anything at all, I know the deck is a mess so if you know how to make a deck of this type better, please let me know!
