I would really love some help with this deck!

This time I'm just playing the "best" cards in standard (preparing for hatemail).
In theory I think there's something to be said for just playing really good cards and seeing what happens. I know this isn't the way MTG has been played for quite some time, but with all the fun demons and other nasty fatties, I think it might be plausible.
The deck isn't very synergistic, and I do think it would be better if it ran more consistently, so please add suggestions.
The main goal here is either early discard with Thoughtseize and Despise to stall, or ramp with Sylvan Caryatid and Rattleclaw Mystic so you get Master of the Feast, Butcher of the Horde or another big swinging D on turn 3. Then you continue to ramp up to the bigger, dumber dudes.
Don't forget to use Chord of Calling to get your big baddies out. It's not hard to pull out a 5-drop with Chord on turn 4 if you plan it right.
The planeswalkers are in there for consistency. Xenagos, the Reveler is amazing with ramp and is the main reason I can run Garruk, Apex Predator at all.
