Duty-Bound Dead Discussion

Everything here is a loose recommendation; there are some cards I left alone that I would personally remove or avoid, but you probably enjoy as they are. That said, here are some creatures you can add to spice things up, (though to add them all you'd have to sacrifice more creatures than I mentioned):

Tormented Soul and Duty-Bound Dead have no place here. Use Necropede to replace one of them. There are plenty of other infect creatures out there even better than that. I will be back with more suggestions in that regard.

Hey there! I've been playing my Kaalia deck for a long time. I'd like to offer more specific advice, but first I must know, what's your budget, level of competition, and theme you're going for? They'll effect my specific card recommendations. Either way, consider looking at my list for a small primer and some inspiration. For now I'll offer thoughts based on a more typical Kaalia-centric build.
I think you're a bit creature heavy. A fair number of your creatures either can't be cheated out with Kaalia, offer little impact when played, or don't lend themselves well to Kaalia's overall goal. A typical build wants to cheat fatties out as quickly as possible. I can see a certain theme you're going for, soldiers and aggro, but again, I'd need to know your design goals before going too deeply into cuts/suggestions.
I will say, though, that I don't think that smaller creatures like Typhoid Rats, Vampire Nighthawk, Spike Jester, Mirran Crusader, Truefire Paladin, Stormblood Berserker, Loyal Sentry, Duty-Bound Dead pull their weight in EDH. Additionally, creatures with Battalion or Soulbond might prove difficult to trigger for their reward.
Planeswalkers can be a bit of an awkward include in Kaalia. Typically you're swinging all-out with witth way to protector them. Still, they lend themselves better to how you're currently built than a typical build.
You may look into mors selective wraths. Akroma's Vengeance over Planar Cleansing is not only cheaper but preserves your Planeswalkers. Austere Command and Merciless Eviction can answer certain threats while preserving your own.
Artifact wise, you may do well with some ramp and the "two boots", Lightning Greaves and Swiftfoot Boots. Kaalia has a lot of high-value-targets and is often one themselves. The ramp on the other hand helps you get your threats out faster should Kaalia be hated on, and helps color fixing in a color-greedy deck.
Ways to refill your hand will do you well. Phyrexian Arena's getting a reprint in Conspiracy, Necropotence is pretty cheap following EMA, Wheel of Fortune is a little expensive, but Dragon Mage is Kaalia playable and is under a couple bucks. There's other cards, such as Night's Whisper, Bloodgift Demon, or Read the Bones, but none as powerful as the aforementioned.
Lands can obviously be upgraded to their quicker, more expensive counterparts. I won't touch on those, but I advise looking at the Utility Lands that other decks use and find what's of value to you. Homeward Path, Vault of the Archangel, Volrath's Stronghold, Mystifying Maze are a few among many.
Yeah, just let me know where you want to go and I'll give you some more specific advice. I tend to be a hyper competitive player but i recognize someone who values fun more than playing something more ruthless. I do have to say, what you're tryign to accomplish with the lower part of your curve, the soldiers and aggro, may lend themselves well to a Queen Marchesa build. I'd take a look into building around her if you want to run too more stream-line decks.
