A Rule 0 Urza deck with a twist. Urza has a gambling problem is helmed by Urza, Academy Headmaster, the planeswalker with random abilities. The deck has 25 cards which let you throw dice and 17 cards that let you flip coins. Removal, draw and recursion spells also bring a random element to the game. Other cards either let you reroll dice or reflip coins (such as Goblin Bookie) or are payoffs (such as Brazen Dwarf or As Luck Would Have It). The mana base is cheap and quite consistent in hitting all colors. Let the gambling begin!
