Yeah, okay, I think that's a good idea too. I'm gonna try it out in the week to come! It sounds even more sweet than the current build, without breaking the theme too much.

Kederekt No problems, spread the word! I got another idea, what do you think about replacing Palladium Myr with Shimmer Myr? With green added we will get tron consistently enough that Palladium Myr is a bit redundant, so what's better than Battlespheres with flash?!

Yeah but they need 16 slots (lands + expedition map) so i think is not worth unless u cast something very strong with that like “all is dust” or Karn. Instead u can put 12 colorless more useful lands or just splash some red for Galvanic Blast and Whipflare or white for Dispatch (even splashing blue could be useful for affinity cards to draw or counter).

Or you can cast a turn three battlesphere. This is not supposed to be a top tier deck. It’s a goofy theme deck and it works for what it is. Obviously if this was trying to be a serious tournament deck there are better things for it but that’s not the point for this build.

I don’ t catch what’s your point Kederekt..you can make a for fun tribal but why don’t you wanna do it the better you can? Meh. This way there’s Aldo a lack of other 7-mana drops. 16 cards to maybe have 1 card in four on your third turn...are you saying for real? Myrs can be solid.

This looks really cool. Nice job! In the playtester, this deck won on turn 6 though I could only find 2/3 Tron pieces, seems like a strong deck to me.

GoblinsBeatElves Thank you! One can always remove some of the utility lands and splash green for Ancient Stirrings and maybe Sylvan Scrying. It probably better in the sense that it's more competitive and will result in a more reliable tron assembly, but it is a little bit of theme.

Put in a couple of Experiment One, Hardened Scales, Scavenging Ooze, Corpsejack Menace, Winding Constrictor together with the real MVP Predator Ooze and some Rancors and you have excellent Ooze deck ready to play! Some removal might be necessary as well :P Let's hope Simic invents some new eeze in the next set!

I love it. The only things I would change are I would pull all 4 perilous myr and 2 myr turbine. I would add 2 Howling Mine and 4 Lodestone Myr. Lodestone is great because aside from getting huge he can prevent the mine and the chamber from helping your opponents.

I had more thoughts. I think that Westvale Abbey is great but doesn’t fit the flavor of this deck and is ultimately unnecessary. Especially if you add lodestone. I would remove both Abbeys and a buried ruin and add two tomb of the spirit dragon. As for the last spot, if you’re confident that you can get tron out, I would add darksteel forge. I am also not a fan of myr incubator only because I feel like everything is there for a reason and shouldn’t be gotten rid of. I feel like another chamber would be better. Especially if you add lodestone. I really like the deck though. Looks super fun.

Kederekt Thank you for the suggestions, I will take them under consideration. I understand your logic regarding Howling Mine &Lodestone Myr and I must say that I am not entirely happy with Perilous Myr. However, I would replace Myr Matrix instead of Myr Turbine, since I've found it to be the weaker card. Especcially since Turbine + Myr Battlesphere fetches another Battlesphere. One can further discuss whether or not Genesis Chamber fits in the deck or if it ultimateley can be replaced with something better. The upside with Westvale Abbey Flip is that it can transform puny little myrs into a flying demon with haste and lifelink, often winning the game.
What do you think, should one add green for Ancient Stirrings to get tron more reliably, or will that break the theme too much? The downside is also that it will probably mean the total exclusion of utility lands in favor of forests.

Obviously you’ll have to change the flavor but green is really nice for this deck. As far as lands are concerned, since you don’t have room for Chromatic Sphere and Chromatic Star like a normal tron deck, I would add 4 forests instead of the normal 1. I would remove buried ruin, ghost quarter, and inventors fair. In place of ghost quarter I would add two Field of Ruin. That way you can still wreck their lands but also grab a forest. That leaves you with, in my opinion, 20 solid lands. You don’t really lose much utility because you have other cards that do the same things. I would still pull the incubator plus the last land spot for 2 mines. Since you have galvanizer you can pull all the matrix. I would pull the perilous and servitors. That gives you room for my beloved lodestone as well as ancient stirrings and sylvan scrying. I want this deck now.

This deck is soooo good for the $. Thought the Urza's Tower Urza's Mine Urza's Power Plant were banned because they were so cheap, but they're not! Great deck dude! I am loving it. No one ever expects the amazing turn-three Battle sphere.

disquiet Hm without falling into the regular tron-trope you could add for example Steel Overseer. It's not a myr, but still an artifact creature so it fits the theme. Darksteel Forge could make the deck crazy if one casts it turn 4 with tron.

My only problem is with Genesis Chamber because it works for your opponent too. Other than that, a very solid deck. Feel free to check out my Myr deck as well. +1
