I'm the type of player who enjoys building and piloting decks with speed and consistency. Adapting to various metas to maximize your winrate is fun!

Around the time Splinter Twin was banned in Modern, I was introduced to the game by my friends who wanted to draft with random packs. The very first deck I bought and played was Ad Nauseum, which expressed everything I thought was cool about the game. You can draw your entire deck, prevent game loss, and explode all over your opponent's face as they complain how unlucky they are. Overtime I learned to appreciate decks that win through engines. Traditional combos such as Storm quickly become boring to pilot, whereas permanents encourage more interaction which enable more exciting games.

I currently play Legacy Elves and Modern Amulet Titan competitively, and EDH and Pauper casually. As my lists grow increasingly expensive, I've become more involved in cEDH.
