Owl-ing Mine (Modern MTG Deck)

The Modern equivalent of the old Owl-ing Mine deck, from the Kamigawa-Ravnica standard.
The strategy is to take tempo advantage on the opponent by bouncing his/her lands with Boomerang and Eye of Nowhere and making him/her skip the untap step with Exhaustion and Storage Matrix , while Ebony Owl Netsuke punishes him/her for not playing cards. The deck contains severeal Howling Mine effects for never running out of gas and keep the opponent's hand always full, along with one mana cantrips for filtering draws and some Counterspell, like Remand and Unsubstantiate , for stack interaction without the opponent losing cards from his/her hand.

The deck is budget friendly, the total cost for the paper version is under the 200$ range, and can be upgraded to a non-budget UR version, adding cards like Fevered Visions and Runeflare Trap for extra win conditions or even Blood Moon that can steal games on his own.
