Yup.

This deck aims to get Maelstrom Wanderer out around turns 6 or 7, if possible, and hopes that nobody has any counterspells. Always mulligan down to 0 to help prevent drawing Kiki-Jiki and/or Pestermite!

Blightsteel Colossus is the entirely unnecessary backup card here since it can't be hit off of Maelstrom Wanderer's Cascade triggers.
