The tactic is to generate as many wolf tokens as possible and then pump them.

Wolf generating: The most simple Wolf generating cards are Master of the Wild Hunt and Garruk Relentless   which generate a wolf token every turn and Wren's Run Packmaster which generates even more if you have some mana left. Wolf-Skull Shaman generates a wolf for every elf, shaman or changeling you draw (which are about 50% of all cards) and Turntimber Ranger generates one for every ally or changeling you play, while Parallel Lives doubles the amount of wolves generated.

As a nice side effect Essence Warden heals you for every creature that comes into play.

Pumping: Coat of Arms make your whole army really strong since changelings share a creature type with everyone and most of the other cards share a lot of creature types, too.

Eldrazi Monument makes all of your creatures indestructible - you just have to sacrifice a wolf every turn, but this won't hurt much.

Oran-Rief, the Vastwood makes all of your creatures that come into play get a +1/+1 counter.
