Dimir Oathbreaker mill, led by Ashiok, Dream Render currently trying out Scheming Symmetry as the signature spell. I know milling everyone else isn't the strongest, but I've always wanted to make it work. I think Oathbreaker is a good place make the attempt.

There are a couple of combos within the deck involving Duskmantle Guildmage's first activated ability and Mindcrank or Bloodchief Ascension with three quest counters and Mindcrank.
