what can i do to make this deck, well, better, and not as slow.

I've realized that Phantasmal Image would make an excellent addition to my deck, but I'm not sure what I should substitute it for- I'm planning on using 2 copies of it, since they're mighty pricey, from what I hear.

This deck absolutely wrecks aggro. I constantly would win against everything but control. At FNM i would beat everyone all the way up to placing third to fifth even now with the venue i play at becoming more popular and constantly having 20+ people (usually 23). The one thing that kept me from winning was the control mirror. I kept getting outpaced by B/U and W/U control. In order to combat the control mirror i've attempted to make the deck play more like a U/B control deck post board by boarding in Jace 3.0 and Karn along with many other staples of U/B control like the zenith and other none sense. Sweepers, Sweepers, Sweepers. I love me some sweepers. 4 mainboard and then 4 in the board for a total of 8 of some anti aggro goodness. This is the Ruff-Draft of what is playing quite well. I know it play's well cause my babies mama is my go to playtester an ive used a wolf run ramp deck against her as she's using this deck an she's won everytime. Basically its cause its using cheap counter's on damn near every spell I cast, She does this to annoy me an it works out completely well as for buffing that Runechanter's Pike.

Maybe, since nearly all my Redspells are cutted, I think about cutting red to get more consistent. I'll try and decide that.

OK, I'm trying with Pristine Angel in the free slot. The other options I was thinking were in the opposite direction; things like Ornithopter and Memnite as early chumpers and an extra artifact early for the champ.

Shimmer Myr, Lead the Stampede and Wall of Tanglecord are out to speed up the deck. Added another Rune-Scarred Demon.
Also, added Clone Shell! He can be used to get those big guys out early, chump block, and even bluffing.

Reworked the deck. It should mill faster. I've got Spider Spawning in my sideboard to swap out for an alternate win condition/answer to flyers.

Maybe I am trying to fit too many uncomplimentary cards together? Quest for the Holy Relic and aether vial] really have horrible synergy. They are both good, but I feel like Aether Vial allows me win games that I would otherwise have no reason to expect to win, while Quest for the Holy Relic only allows me huge plays with lodoxon warhammer. I am considering removing it in favor of another martyr or two Mercy Killing or thalia, guardian of thraeben or Auriok Champion//Soul Warden. let me know your opinion.

I swapped the sun titan for an extra giant, but it turned out that 2 giants was enough, so now i have a free creature slot (or just a free slot) and I don't know what to put there. I also left the fireshrieker, but I made a lot of other changes with the equipments. I think the way the equipments are now is almost perfect.

Got rid of a bunch of my color hate cards! Still looking for some help with what else i should do to this deck. It is screaming for a Patron Wizard but i do not have one. The idea of this deck is just to be as Neutral in Multi Player games as possible. And as impenetrable as the great wall in single player. I want to be able to lay down my taxes and slowly pick off opponents by attrition :)
As always i appreciate any ideas/assistance you may offer!
