Due to the lackluster power level and high mana cost of old frame zombies, relative to new frame zombies, several cheaper mana cost cards with changeling support the better zombies in the deck. The deck suffers a bit against new frame decks; despite having access to mono-black's repertoire of great removal, card draw, etc., the deck emphasizes getting as many zombies out as fast as possible and overwhelming the opponent with graveyard shenanigans. The deck is a bit rough in its current state, and some zombies could probably be subbed out for more artifacts or removal. The deck didn't really have access to a viable commander until Geth got an old frame reprint in the Brother's War precons, but with other zombies for support he does fairly well.

Notes:

• Several black staples like the tutors, Ambition's Cost, etc. are missing at the moment (along with Vanquisher's Banner), but are planned to be included in the future.
• Brass Herald is a bit expensive to cast, but there's a good chance of getting 2 or 3 zombies from looking at your top 4 cards, given the number in the deck.
• Semblance Anvil, Urza's Incubator, and Undead Warchief mitigate the ridiculously high cost of many zombies in the deck
• Bolas's Citadel was kind of a "why not?" addition to the deck, but might not synergize as well as an alternative.
• The snow lands are there more for fun/theme than anything else; they only really synergize with Withering Wisps and Gangrenous Zombies.
