Snuff Out would be better than Terror, I think.
This seems like a good deck for Tortured Existence. It would allow you to reuse some of your more useful ETB/LTB triggers.
Krosan Tusker is a very overlooked draw spell. It's a 3-mana, instant speed, uncounterable Divination in Green that guarantees you a land. I would play it over Bequeathal.
Carrion Feeder is pretty much the best sac outlet out there, in my opinion. It should really be in this list somewhere.
With all the saccing you're doing, I think Mortician Beetle could give you a lot of free value. It also counts the opponent's sacrifices, so it works well with something like Slum Reaper or Abyssal Gatekeeper.
Wail of the Nim is a good, versatile boardwipe that can feel one-sided. I would play this over Sandstorm, which can be a bit narrow.
With all your ramp and Ashnod's Altar, you could support a very big Death Denied, which could take the place of some of your worse draw.
Gangrenous Zombies seems like a better choice for you than most of your boardwipes, even without snow-covered lands (if you want to save some money, just get 3-5 snow-covered swamps and fetch them out).

I feel like Cackling Fiend and Wicked Guardian are a little too expensive for what they offer.
I haven't tested yet as I don't own the deck yet but if I find myself needing more board wipe I'll make room for Gangrenous Zombies .
All the recursion stuff is sweet, I'll definitely be making room for some amount of that stuff.

Some cards I like to use in my deck are the Unhallowed Pact variants to get some extra devotion if you use them on something other than Gary. You've got Shade's Form , Kaya's Ghostform , and Unholy Indenture . In addition there is Abnormal Endurance .

I think Crypt Rats and Gangrenous Zombies would be good additions. Wander in Death might be a better alternative to Urborg Uprising , and similarly Unearth might be a better option than Stir the Grave though it doesn't work with Gary.

I love this deck. PDH games go long and your deck help stall out the board and wins through those stalls using your commander. It's a solid strategy.
You want to maximize your creature count as much as possible to take advantage of your commander. There are a few effects in your instants, sorceries and enchantments that could be replaced with creatures.
Diligent Farmhand makes sense in this build, even as a worse Sakura Tribe Elder.
I'm a big fan of Elvish Skysweeper in slow decks like this. The effect is expensive, but it can lock a player out of the game.
Because most of your creatures have a lot of toughness, this makes damage-based sweepers very strong. I would play the full gambit of Crypt Rats , Pestilence , Evincar's Justice and Gangrenous Zombies . Two of them are creatures, so that's a nice bonus.
Heart Warden is ramp that also turns into card draw later, like a Mind Stone.
Slum Reaper is great removal and puts a creature in your graveyard.
Spore Frog is a good political tool that can encourage opponents to attack elsewhere. I could see it over Terrifying Presence, even if you lose on spider flavour.
Vulturous Aven is very similar to some of your card draw, but is has a body.
In terms of cuts, I don't understand Wildsize. You can also easily cut Spider Climb. Most of your creatures have reach already and +0/+3 is not great, even for 1 mana. Arachnus Web is also pretty weak removal. Rancor is a good card, but is it really useful for your game plan? How often will you win by attacking with your spiders? Naturalize feels a bit vanilla and could be replaced with another creature that gives you a similar effect. You also have quite a few cantripping creatures that I don't quite get the purpose of. Are they chump blockers? You have quite a bit of card advantage in black already. Wander in Death could be Death Denied or Reaping the Graves instead.

Couple alternative creatures:Blood Scrivener for card draw if you manage to empty your hand (probably too conditional). Unbreathing Horde for a large and durable threat, or a vanilla 3/3 with sudo-persist 90% of the time if played on curve. Gangrenous Zombies is a overcosted 2/2, but if you run snow-swamps its a low level board wipe on a stick. Wight of Precinct Six cmc 2 gets you a 1/1 at worst, with +1/+1 for each creature in your opponents bin, not great against creatures sparse match-ups. Ghoulraiser randomized regrowth stapled to a 2/2 for cmc 3. Putrid Warrior if it connects, it connects as a 3/2, or a 1/2 with lifelink, the modality may have some added value. Zombie Master give all other zombies regeneration for B, and swampwalk if that incidentally is relevant, I realize the 2/3 body is not great in the format.

Personally I don't like Accursed Centaur (no synergy to sac another creature), Carnophage and Embalmed Brawler make you lose life (you only have 3 spells that make you gain 2 life each) and Ghoulcaller's Accomplice isn't a zombie. Gangrenous Zombies could be useful if you control a Snow-Covered Swamp, but you only have one. Also, assuming you control your snow swamp it would be an almost guaranteed boardwipe unless you have zombies with higher toughness than 2. Shepherd of Rot is a bit dangerous if you don't have lifegain. Twisted Abominations are coslty and you already have 24 lands, so are you sure that they are useful? In my opinion, Clutch of Undeath is too colstly for its effect, but I reckon it can be versatile. For Zombie Infestation, you don't have many choices of cards to discard, unless you discard lands (if you are mana flood), or maybe the abominations. You have only 2 cards with madness ( Gisa's Bidding). You really don't need Ghoulcaller's Bell because you don't mill the opponent with any other spell in the deck. I'd also remove Vault of Whispers. Keep that card for an artifact deck.
