Land matter omnath better

The first thing I notice is that you have very few land searchers. In a landfall deck like this, I would remove Sol Ring and Arcane Signet in favor of land searchers. I’m missing cards like Crop Rotation, Sylvan Scrying, or Expedition Map to help you find key utility lands. Other searchers like Harrow and Springbloom Druid not only fetch lands but also fill your graveyard, which synergizes well with land-based abilities. And where is Rampant Growth?
Your land base looks solid, but I would also recommend incorporating more land-based strategies into your deck. Consider adding lands like Dark Depths, Vesuva, Thespian's Stage, Maze of Ith, Strip Mine, and Terrain Generator. You’re playing Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle, but do you have a reliable way to get at least five Mountains in play to maximize its damage potential?
Your collection of land-matters creatures is very impressive! A few Planeswalkers that could fit well are Nissa of Shadowed Boughs and Lord Windgrace.
I also notice a lack of removal, card draw, and tutors. Be sure to include options that align with your strategy, such as lands that can remove artifacts or enchantments (Boseiju, Who Endures) or lands that provide card draw (Geier Reach Sanitarium).
Best of luck and happy playtesting!

What kind of suggestions are you looking for? Any budget in mind?
I'm unsure if you have any basics to warrant cabal stronghold. You need 4 basics to break even, 5 to ramp a little. Rather than run it in a deck whose commander is , have you considered swapping it for another utility land? Something like Deserted Temple can be used to untap your coffers (or untap opposing land for political tool) or even a Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx which seems perfect here. Thespian's Stage is another potential consideration to copy coffer or opposing utility lands.
Mind Stone > Felwar
How do you deal with artifacts and enchantments? Feed the Swarm is a versatile tool which can deal with the latter.
How is mox amber treating you? You only have about 6 legendaries.

WotC has reprinted Reliquary Tower, Rogue's Passage and Thespian's Stage numerous times, to the point that I feel comfortable with saying that those are three of the most frequently-reprinted utility lands, so I wonder why WotC has not reprinted Homeward Path more often, since it is very useful land, given that many players like to steal creatures from other players, so I definitely wish that they would reprint that land more often.
What does everyone else say about this? Why has WotC not reprinted Homeward Path more frequently?

There is an issue with running these in commander; it's an excellent way of making someone feel targeted. If your Selesnya Sanctuary gets blown up by Wasteland while the third player's Thespian's Stage is left alone, prepare for some conflict.
If someone gives up one of their lands to eliminate one of yours in a multiplayer setting, that's very balanced, but also easily interpreted as spiteful vs. proper threat assessment.
Even though Strip Mine is probably very good in any commander deck with 3 or less colors, I'm not running it in any because of those feelbads, because of Commander being a social format instead of a competitive one.
I prefer Ghost Quarter, replacing the land you blow up with a basic, without the mana investment a Demolition Field needs. When that happens to be a Strip Mine, you can blame the target for building their deck with too few basics :P

I would remove 3 lands or so. I hate missing land drops but having too many lands creates its own issues. If you're worried about being mana screwed, some more card draw can help offset that. Night's Whisper and Syphon Mind are solid options.
Urza's Incubator - Tribal demon ramp.
Cut vamp nighthawk - Its a nice body, but not incredibly impactful. Not a demon and doesn't synergize with the rest of the deck.
Deserted Temple/Vesuva/Thespian's Stage are all great lands to assist with coffers and ramp you to victory.
Imp's Mischief - Redirect targeted removal, draw and extra turns. Helpful to protect your commander and aetherflux
