Golos gives you land advantage and a powerful ability that allows you to play the top 3 cards of your library from exile, triggering Paradox abilities. Other cards allow you to cast from exile and reap rewards from doing it, like Quintorius Kand and Faldorn, Dread Wolf Herald. Major card advantage, without having to hold it all in your hand? Yes please! In addition, you can pay for kicker costs without needing to pay the main mana cost of the card, so you can unleash big kicker effects.
