In Budget Izzet Delver Tempo news, this: Jori En. Still no Snapcaster, but feels like a good 2-of budget Delver option.

EDIT: Did I say Jori En? I must have been confused, because this is what I meant to say-

Holy Shit.

That's a FLYER with HASTE and PROWESS for . Did I mention current presale price is like a dollar?

Actual Deck Description:

This build has been really decent for less than $200. It makes use of several key, cheap power cards in Modern, like Delver of Secrets  , and Young Pyromancer. There just isn't another deck in Modern where a budget imitation of the tiered version is this good. One could easily get this down to $100 or less without a few $6-$10 items.

The real keys to the deck are Abbot of Keral Keep and Ninja of the Deep Hours. Both produce significant card advantage. They're obviously not Snapcasters, but the accrued advantage can be similar. As a bonus, you can always Vapor Snag your own guy to get an extra draw.

Because this is slightly more creature-heavy than regular Delver, we have greater redundancy in terms of our ability to get bodies on the board, and so I felt I could get away with slightly fewer counters (which Abbot whiffs on), and slightly more burn, making this build fairly aggro.

Two cards you may think need some justifying here are Crimson Wisps and Shu Yun, the Silent Tempest. Shu Yun is there when we need extra value/firepower in the late game. He finishes games off very quickly, and this 18-land build doesn't seem to want to cast a Keranos off the side. Wisps are great because they add value to Abbot and Shu Yun. Abbot gets an extra trigger and gets value off the trigger from his exiled card (plus you draw a further card off of Wisps). And Shu Yun is a key finisher so you'll often want to hold a counter up when casting - so it's nice to have Wisps give him value off that counter. In other situations where you expect removal to come down on your opponent's turn, Wisps guarantees you swing for at least 4 when you drop Shu Yun - and you can often get a bolt out on the same swing for 8 total. the same idea applies to Abbot.

Prowess is cool.

And it Just got cooler, thanks to Stormchaser Mage.

Updates Add

So, having seen this: Patrick Chapin's Temur Prowess , I think it's pretty awesome - and it made me re-think tempo, and Abbot of Keral Keep. I pulled out some counters, upped the cantrips, and added Seal of Fire in accordance with some of Chapin's Abbot-related ideas.
