Is RAV-TSP Blinking Snake back? Well, not quite-- Justiciar's Portal isn't quite as easy to reactivate as Momentary Blink was, but at least Mission Briefing is more flexible in what else it can reactivate. Frilled Mystic is, of course, the starting point for all this.

One glaring problem I notice right away is a paucity of card draw. I honestly don't think Huatli, Radiant Champion , Hydroid Krasis , and Riverwise Augur will be enough on their own, but I don't know what else to include.

Note that the Arcane Adaptation in the maybeboard is a pretty fringe idea, meant expressly to make it possible for Siren's Ruse to get a card draw. Even I'm not convinced it would be merited, even if I could make room for the Ruse.

Another thing to note is that I plan to use this on Arena, so cost isn't that much of a concern. Also, the landbase is hardly carved in diamond. As it is, I need to trade some green presence for blue, but I'm not sure of the best way to do that. Swap Forests for Islands? Or for Hinterland Harbors/Breeding Pools?
