Wow, this is awesome. I've seen a million competitive, good stuff deck lists with Azami, but this is way more cool. I like the intruder alarm + mana dork combo. Actual wizard storm. Super cool. +1

why Sphinx's Herald? is it just because its a low cost wizard (basically vanilla) and..... Force of Will???? have you ever tried ramping harder with artifacts? there are also some easy infinite mana combos with them that can making winning a Blue Sun's Zenith away... lastly Polymorphist's Jest, Reins of Power i'll just leave those here... hope it helps p.s. I needed help with reins but basically on the defensive its a blue fog i'm sure you get the gist of offensive :)

Thassa's Rebuff would work it is gonna be Mana Leak or better in no time with all of your lowmana wizards giving you devotion.

Tamiyo, the Moon Sage?

I think Meekstone would be great for this deck, it will only keep Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir from being tappable and will help keep bigger creatures off your back.

I know its not exactly the win-con you are going for in this deck, but have you considered adding Master of Waves? He's a Wizard, he works with your mono blue devotion, and he gives you an extra win con. If for nothing else, you get a lot of blockers and draw out removal to distract from your other shenanigans.

Another suggestion would be some kind of graveyard recursion to make use of your discarding. Doesn't have to be blue, there are plenty of artifacts that can help ya out in that regard.

Also, Crucible of Worlds might not be a bad idea since Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx and Reliquary Tower are so important to your theme, then you have a defense against land destruction as well, you won't have to worry about discarding lands since now you can play them from the graveyard.

Jalira, Master Polymorphist might be fun to. Particularly for cycling your wizards that have served there purpose such as ETB triggers that you no longer need to or can't recur. e.g. Omenspeaker or less beneficial cheap wizards like Sphinx's Herald.

I still say Master of Waves would be your best bet addition though.

Ghostly Flicker - can be used to save important creatures from removal. Great when used on Archaeomancer and another creature with ETB. Awesome way to keep triggering Intruder Alarm.

Also, I think you have too many lands. Being mono-colored, you can probably get away with 35.

I'd get more and better counterspells and cards like Sapphire Medallion and Venser, Shaper Savant.

Cephalid Illusionist + Lightning Greaves or Shuko

A funny card that can protect your wizards is Bubble Matrix since I'm assuming you rarely win by combat damage. It's similar to Dolmen Gate but affects everyone and not only when you attack. Saves your wizards from some boardwipes like Blasphemous Act and other burn spells and makes your wizards act like chump blockers. Not the best card but it still made me chuckle when I found it as it screams wizard shenanigans.

Have you thought about Vedalken Shackles and Empyrial Plate? Also an Archetype of Imagination would be a great addition.

Possibly Docent of Perfection  ^Flip? It really helps with wizard generation.
