I've been wanting to make a cat deck, and after seeing all the cat citizens I thought it might be fun to try it out. For my commander I was originally thinking Jetmir, Nexus of Revels, but because how many citizens who are blue like Rigo, Streetwise Mentor I decided to go with Kenrith, the Returned King for all 5 colors. I also like all his different abilities you can use.

After looking things up between cats and citizens, I saw how many create Treasure Tokens, too, so I added things like Bootleggers' Stash and then have Jinnie Fay, Jetmir's Second in case I need Cat Tokens instead of the Treasure. With all the token generating I have Parallel Lives and decided to put White Sun's Zenith in as well, which ended up playing out very nice. Having Bootleggers' Stash giving me all those Treasure Tokens, I was able to gradually bring a bunch on the field and use them to pay for all the Cat Tokens. Impact Tremor is nice for some direct damage, too.

I need to play it a little more, but the couple times I did it was pretty even between everything. When naming the deck, I immediately thought of Aristacats with all their artwork and thought it fit pretty well.
