I don't have the money to buy Snapcaster Mage, Cryptic Command, or Vendilion Clique but I have tons of removal, good counters, and a strategy. The idea is to be aggro and control at once. Thought scour pumps up your graveyard for delve cards like Gurmag Angler and Tasigur, the Golden Fang just in case you can't flip Delver of Secrets quick enough. It's also easy to maintain control over the game while continuously maintaing field presence using Young Pyromancer using the tons of removal, burn, and counter spells I included. Any budget suggestions would be great! :)
