looking to build a commander deck based on tokens and not too sure what commander I should use would like to have red blue green in the deck and don't mind if it has more colors in it don't really want to build a deck around any sertan type of tokens just want to be able to spam out as many tokens as I can

I think Derevi, Empyrial Tactician is gonna be the best choice for you. Also the deck will probably be mostly green then white. Maybe %10 of the deck will be blue. And mostly just to grant evasion, and a few counterspells. Otherwise the deck will fail to make tokens.

I have used Shanna, Sisay's Legacy. Kind of a voltron/battlecruiser route with token support. It can get outta hand. The token doubters like Anointed Procession, Parallel Lives, and/or Doubling Season are must haves. Good support cards like Awakening Zone/From Beyond, Growing Rites of Itlimoc Flip, Intangible Virtue are definitely worth considering. Check out my All for One Shanna token deck if you want some ideas.

How about a snake token deck around Xyris, the Writhing Storm?

Hey, I'm currently playing Kalamax, the Stormsire using a secondary token strategy.
You could play a main token strategy with Kalamax and The Locust God. Kalamax can act as a pseudo Parallel Lives affect with instant spells that create token since if he's tapped the first instant you cast each turn is copied. Many cards can repeatably for no mana cost create a token when you cast an instant or sorcery and you want to be casting instants with Kalamax. Instant draw spells are good with Kalamax. The doubling of draw is good with The Locust God who creates an Insect token when you draw a card. In my opinion getting token value on top of the value you already get from instants with Kalamax could make this a viable main strategy.
Some cards for a creature token strategy with Kalamax:
- The Locust God
- Young Pyromancer
- Saheeli, Sublime Artificer
- Murmuring Mystic
- Metallurgic Summonings
- Chord of Calling
- Parallel Lives
- Cryptolith Rite
- Skullclamp
- Beastmaster Ascension
- Bident of Thassa
- Hunter's Insight
- Return of the Wildspeaker
- Pull from Tomorrow
- Sprout Swarm
- Arachnogenesis
- Artifact Mutation
- Curious Herd
- Scatter the Seeds
- Fated Intervention
- Hunting Pack
- Second Harvest
- Cackling Counterpart
- Supplant Form
- Empty the Warrens
- Rite of Replication
- Mythos of Illuna
- Twinflame

One of my first EDH decks was helmed by Darien, King of Kjeldor. I still have the deck and play it frequently. It's an absolute blast. In the two years since I've made it, there have been a lot of changes. This is one of the more recent iterations. Take a look!

Check out Riku of Two Reflections. Oldie but a goodie.
Temur/RUG colors? Check.
Cranking out whatever tokens you want? Check.
Double tokens from instants and sorceries? Check.
Colors to support Doubling Season, Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer, Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, Progenitor Mimic, etc. etc? Check.

p.s. if you don't mind swapping white for green (Jeskai/America colors), Narset, Enlightened Master also makes a fun token commander. Generates a lot less hate than the extra turns/extra combats build. Mine below if you want to check it out.
