Sanitarium at Geier Reach

How to play Realms

2-4 players play using a shared library and graveyard. Instead of mulligans, each player gets a seven card hand plus one of each support card (see the sideboard), then returns three cards from their hand to the library. Twelve finishers start in the command zone, three face up at any given time. Players can cast them from the command zone if they've played a land that turn and don't already control one. This makes starting hands playable and reduces dead draws.

Sanitarium at Geier Reach is graveyard-oriented, with heavy use of the graveyard as a resource. It is possible to knock out players via mill out with this particular configuration, but they can play around it with different spells and abilities. There are a lot of complex interactions in this list so I suggest trying a different Realms deck first.
