It's not Mendicant do, but what Mendican do :)

Commander / EDH Bracket 3 Mill Tokens WU (Azorius)

When people se azorious colors, they think control. And when people see Mendicant, they think oh volton control with artifacts and equipment.

Let me introduce to what Mendican do - azorious mill.

We are taking an approach similar to Yoriko where we need a 1 drop creature with evasion to allow us to max our speed as early as possible - turn 4. Once we are max speed, we will start copying our artifacts that help mill our opponents to death. One mesmeric orb isn't bad, but what about two? Aethersyphon is okay, but what about having two? The artifacts that mill in edh typically are not powerful, but when you can have multiple, things can get out of hand.

This deck wants to play as such - turn 1 evasion creature. Turn 2 commander. Turn 3 mana rock. Turn 4, hit max speed and start copying artifacts.

So we want to get to a ton of mana for a few reason: multiple activations of keening stone, mindshriker, activation of bobbleheads, or just playing/copying all these artifacts. Bygone colossus allows for easy activations for our space stations dawnsire and The Eternity Elevator. We also have the planet Adegia which allows for even more copies of things. Or, we can always turn curie into bygone colossus to draw 9 cards.

If you were wondering why Skyclave Relic, it's because Mendicant will copy the kicked trigger on the spell creating 6 indestructible mana rocks. Remember, we want big mana.

We want to win via mill, but with the number of artifacts we have, commander damage is a possibility. We can copy our swords and hero blade to make a giant Mendicant. Or, copy Precursor Golem, get 6 artifacts for 6 mana and 18 power on board. There is plenty of protection to swing your commander in fairly regularly to ensure commander damage is a possibility. If not, we can always turn Curie into our commander to draw more cards too.
