Thanks DubMC! I actually just finished updating the list to make it reflect my paper card vs of the deck, and Starfield Shepherd is in there! But I will add it to the arena list as well! I moved all the Arena deck cards I swapped out to the maybeboard.

I'm a huge fan of angels and this looks great! I'd recommend making room for Starfield Shepherd, it's become an essential card for my angel/soul sisters deck with how versatile it is and you get to cast it twice.

Thanks for the suggestions! They seem like good picks.

As for other suggestions, as I mentioned in the description, I'm new to Magic, so I also want to verify that I've gotten basic details correct, like a good mana curve and such. I got what I have currently by somewhat loosely emulating the curve of the Counter Intelligence precon, which this deck resembles.

One thing I've noticed in testing is that I have some cards like Starfield Shepherd and Tezzeret, Cruel Captain which tutor out low-value creatures and artifacts, but the deck currently doesn't have great targets to grab. I'd like to improve that pool if possible.

Those are good reasons not to include her, I was worried she might be too slow. My initial thinking was that, with Starfield Shepherd you are basically paying 3 mana for a 1 mana creature, and Haliya is probably better than grabbing a soul sister. What I didn't think about is that you can grab any of the other creatures you might be missing, like Ocelot Pride, Speaker of the Heavens, or Giver of Runes, so there is a lot of utility (as well as 2 creature etb triggers for the sisters).

Love the deck! Surprised not to see Haliya, Guided by Light, thoughts on why not to include her? I know the space is tight, but maybe drop a Starfield Shepherd to have her as a 1-of?
