Here is an idea for a control-ish EDH deck I've been mulling over. The idea is to generate tons of value by tapping and untapping creatures with inspired or other powerful tap abilities. Phenax, God of Deception allows the creatures to tap for free, so the spells in the deck lean towards untapping creatures. All thoughts and suggestions welcome!
