Note - Derevi is banned, I get it. It's a purely casual deck.

Everything in this deck either benefits from having +1/+1 counters placed on it, or facilitates the placing of +1/+1 counters on creatures. Derevi, Empyrial Tactician was chosen as Leader over Jenara, Asura of War simply because of his reduced cost to re-enter the field and the high number of creatures in the deck make good use of his ability for a little extra mana.

Particularly powerful cards in testing so far have been Hardened Scales (of course), Thrummingbird, Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit, and Mikaeus, the Lunarch.

Combos:

Hardened Scales and everything else. My favourite is Hardened Scales + Mikaeus, the Lunarch - two counters for everyone!

Synergy:

Abzan Falconer - everything has flying!

Tuskguard Captain - everything has trample!

Bred for the Hunt - cards, cards everywhere!

Gilder Bairn + Paradise Mantle - easier to use the ability.

Mana

Bloom Tender - awesome once Derevi is on the field.

Gyre Sage - acceleration.

Ordeal of Nylea - land search.
