The idea here is to use play Dragon's Approach and Codie, Vociferous Codex to hit cheap draw spells. Burn opponents a bit and cheat some dragons into play. Some bounce to bounce Codie, Vociferous Codex if needed.

I'm trying to keep this low budget at the moment but any suggestions on improvements here would be great!
