I recommend another one drop creature; Expedition Envoy , Stoneforge Acolyte , Savannah Lions , Elvish Mystic , Llanowar Elves , Sunblade Elf , Something like these would work great in this deck, I also recommend some green or white removal to stay alive till you get wide. Mana Tithe , Rebuff the Wicked , Path to Exile And If you want to keep it at 20 lands, I recommend you add in some land ramp; Harvest Season , Traverse the Ulvenwald Besides that, it looks like a fun deck. And if you want to play it like that, it would probably do pretty good for a FNM, at least from the ones ive been too. And like I said there are more cards out there that accomplish the same things.

Stoneforge Acolyte needs card with the Creature type Ally like himself in order to use his ability. As I write this comment, the only Ally you have is himself, which means you can only use his ability when you have another copy of himself on the battlefield. I suggest you look into this.

6ixer, 18 lands wasn't really working out to get the starting hands I needed, but given that I have things like Steelshaper's Gift, Stoneforge Acolyte, and even Stonehewer Giant to help me search for equipment and put it into my hand, I decided to get rid of one Sword of Fire and Ice and adding back a land.

Some suggestions for getting out equipments and such to beat face faster: Stonehewer Giant, budget options with Stoneforge Acolyte since Tarl's an Allly or Steelshaper Apprentice.

Appeal might be fun, and Eldrazi Monument would make Tana indestructible. Beast Within gives you removal for anything really gross. Dogpile would give you the double-tap after a swing to kill a separate player. Elder of Laurels is neat-o as well.

Looks neat JBert!

I've found Mirror Entity to be surprisingly good in this deck, as it buffs basically everything, providing a nice three drop with a repeatable effect. Simlarly Flayer Husk provides a body and triggeres equipment effects neatly.

On the sideboard front Kor Firewalker and Lone Missionary are fun options.

You considered a more ally heavy list looking at Stoneforge Acolyte/Stone Haven Outfitter/Ondu Cleric/Cliffside Lookout, looking to power through with pure card advantage? It feels like it might be ok, but I'd love to hear the thoughts of someone who has piloted it.

Alternatively, have you considered running Prototype Portal as a 1-of top end for the deck? Repeatable shields seems nice.

probably Stoneforge Acolyte since you have no other ally in the deck to use the cohort ability as far as I see, and Stalking Leonin because it seems the least impactful to the overall goal of the deck.

I love Tazri as a commander! My only real suggestion is adding a couple more plansewalkers. In allies, the focus is these "white weenie" style creatures that have large synergy with the other creatures you're playing. Because of this, allies usually gets incremental card advantage just from the nature of the deck. However, since the synergy is slightly weaker that some of the combo-esque synergies that happen in commander these days, adding real card advantage in the form of planeswalkers like Elspeth, Knight-Errant in the maybeboard, other Gideons, Elspeth, Sun's Champion as a curve topper is useful, and that's probably more than enough replacement for the sub-par allies like Seascape Aerialist which is still just pretty awful even though it's an ally (just my opinion there lol). Another good idea is adding some of the commander staples that white offers. Path to Exile, Swords to Plowshares, Austere Command, and Land Tax. Beyond that, adding an equipment sub-theme with Stoneforge Mystic, Stoneforge Acolyte, Stone Haven Outfitter, Batterskull, Umezawa's Jitte, etc. would give you another way to make your evasive guys bigger. Hope it helps!

In my opinion, you got to much going on here and not enough "straight-lined" synergy. Do away with Halimar Tidecaller and anything with "awaken". Do away with Auriok Windwalker, Stoneforge Acolyte, Steelshaper's Gift, Stonehewer Giant and all the artifacts. Noyan Dar, Roil Shaper seems like a loner in this deck, ditch him.

Where the allies really shine is in their enter the battlefield abilities like rally. Consider putting in Munda, Ambush Leader, Kazuul Warlord, Hada Freeblade, Firemantle Mage, Highland Berserker, Munda's Vanguard, Relief Captain, Kazandu Blademaster, Talus Paladin...etc. I run a boros ally deck hence the colors of the cards mentioned above but there are literally dozens of ally creatures with the rally ability.

I should mention Cathars' Crusade, Coat of Arms and Door of Destinies as well. And Ally Encampment would really help out too.

Gideon, Ally of Zendikar?
