Mono green 101 Is this the deck you're looking at?

My first thought is to cut down on the number of lands. You have a lot of ways to get lands into your hand, which is good, but with as many lands as you have, you're going to be drawing into a lot, too.

Another thought is to find something else to do with extra lands in hand, like Dawnstrider, Ayula's Influence, or Stampede Driver.

Gotcha. The 2 cuts I had in mind were Destiny Spinner, because it's not an Elf, and Primeval Light, which I thought at first I would need more than I've found that I do. Furthermore, Elvish Herder is an elf, and that alone makes it worthwhile. For that matter, it's the same reason I chose it over Stampede Driver (not to mention that I have absolutely zero problem coming up with that one green mana to activate it).

However, I do have a lot of fog in here. I put so many in there just to make certain that I draw one or two of them during the course of the game. But I can probably do without one. So here's what I'm going to do for now, and then I'll playtest:

  • OUT: Destiny Spinner, Primeval Light, Pause for Reflection & one Forest

  • IN: Lithoform Engine, Strionic Resonator, Bellowing Tanglewurm & Bonders' Enclave

Hi there! I sifted through your list and chose 9 cards from amongst the higher price tags that I thought you could live without, then came up with 9 cheaper cards that seem to fit with what you have going here. I hope it's helpful

Destructive Tampering is probably better than Blinding Flare, and neither card is very good. If you want to spend an uncommon slot on it, Gruul Charm is so much better.

Rugged Highlands is probably the best common tapland for your colors.

Your Noble plays well with token generators like Dragon Fodder and Krenko's Command. Scatter the Seeds might be worth considering as well.

Goblin Bushwhacker is insane with tokens, and most decks that run Reckless Bushwhacker should run both.

Your creatures are generally terrible. There's no other way I can put it. You're playing a bunch of 2/2's and 2/1's for 2 mana with slight upside, and 3/2's for 3 mana with the same. Kashi-Tribe Warriors stands out because it's a 5-mana 2/4. There are so many 5-drops that are better (ex. Stampeding Elk Herd). Alternatively, you could skip the 5-drops and just play more 1-drops and 2-drops (Wild Nacatl, Kird Ape, Burning-Tree Emissary stand out).

Life Goes On is a sideboard-only card that you bring in against burn decks. Never mainboard it because it's generally bad.

You describe Massive Raid as a generally solid burn spell. Outnumber does the same thing for , except it can't go to your opponent's face. And if you want to talk about burn spells that actually deserve to be called "solid", Lightning Bolt is where you should be starting.

You're a green aggro deck in Noble, therefore Rancor is probably good in your deck.

I wonder if Stampede Driver would be good in this deck.

I can see that you made a deck of green good stuff, if I may suggest for Mirri a couple things:

Yavimaya Dryad this will make sure Mirri is unblockable

Stampede Driver gives trample and it is very good with your cards

Arachnogenesis is a card I personally like a lot
