Wings of the Cosmos

Instant

Target creature gets +1/+3 and gains flying until end of turn. Untap it.

shadeslayerx22 you're not wrong. I am considering it and have a private copy of the deck where I have pulled Akoum Hellhound, Vastwood Surge, Wings of the Cosmos, and Angelfire Ignition to have playsets of most of the other cards. I am play testing it now.

The problem is I like diversity in a deck even though I know running 4x of the best cards is always the smarter move.

I'm not sure how either of those helps a lot. Ominous Seas is sorcery speed and doesn't scale with instants. There is a lot of card draw, but Ominous Seas feels slow.

Wings of the Cosmos , among other problems, isn't in my colors.

If you are going to run twenty instants, think about maybe running a couple Ominous Seas . And maybe a few Wings of the Cosmos .

My advice? cut your red cards. Replace them with Undersea Invader, Wings of the Cosmos, Beskir Shieldmate and Axgard Braggart. The red cards really don't give you anything interesting or good. Wings is super underrated in this limited format, but you can use it to make a tapped creatures into a surprise flying blocker, and there are a lot of good flyers running around. Invader is good because it is one of the biggest creatures in terms of stats in the format. There are very few cards at common or uncommon that favorably block it. Shieldmate and Braggart are both really really good aggressive white cards. Remember that you can activate Braggart's boast ability before damage is dealt.
