Making this deck I realized trying to make a mono-blue instants & sorceries heavy deck is hard. No extra turn spells are included in here because honestly I think my pod would just refuse to play if I included them, but feel free to add them if you like. There are few creatures in here but quite a bit of creature steal, so your wincon can be life or you can go for either opponent mill or self-mill with the Jace.

Originally I had this as a Rule 0 deck including Tolarian Academy, but that's not even necessary now with Uthros, Titanic Godcore, thus I moved it to the maybeboard.
