I am trying to construct a deck with Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge as my commander. I want to implement the cards Inevitable Betrayal and Blue Sun's Twilight, but I am not sure how the keyword "Suspend" and X mana cost work if either card is exiled with Jeleva. Could someone help me determine how these spells would resolve in a game?

TypicalTimmy, I think the art for the new Sun's Twilight cycle are supposed to represent giant statues or effigies, especially since the flavor text for each of them mention "Monument Inscriptions"
