Gifts Ungiven with Snapcaster Mage and Noxious Revival so your opponent has no choice but to give you what you need. Of course there is the Thopter Foundry+Sword of the Meek combo that, while not infinite, still helps close out a game pretty fast. Gifting an Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite and Unburial Rites makes the Thopter Sword combo that much nastier. Control, removal, draw, and tutor cards make up the rest of the deck to help protect the shenanigans.
