The purpose of this deck is to frustrate the hell out of your opponent. Even though this deck doesnt have too many win conditions, it will certainly slow most decks down and be quite hilarious in some instances. please leave suggestions, i really want them.

So i was originally gunna base this deck around Silence + Isochron Scepter = Can't play spells. or Knowledge Pool + Curse of Exhaustion or Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir = cant cast spells or Icy Manipulator + Hokori, Dust Drinker = Permanently tapped lands
