I've been planning on getting a deck that regenerates life and utilizes exalted. So far, this is what I've been able to put together with the cards that I have. The only thing that I don't currently own are a playset of Godless Shrine or Isolated Chapel, so it seems more like a $45 deck for me.

I find that flying is great for attacking and almost necessary for being able to block against as many decks as possible. Also, Oppressive Rays has been an insanely helpful against infect decks from my experience.

Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond or Exquisite Blood + Vizkopa Guildmage 'Nuff said.

So far, I've received a few prizes by placing in a couple Modern tourneys. I think a tiny bit of modification can be done to allow me to win more consistently, but the only reason I got one loss was because of poor plays on my part.

To be honest, I'm not running a few things that I would really like to, such as more Godless Shrinefoils or Isolated Chapels.

I'm currently not running any Pithing Needle, no Leyline of Sanctity, no Mortify, and no Souls of the Faultless.

This deck is quite nice for how it functions, though I definitely see some room for improvement, especially with the sideboard.
