List of all pertinent anti-card draw spells in EDH.

What this includes:

• Cards that prevent or punish opponents (and sometimes you too) from drawing cards, or at least casting lots of spells in a single turn. (The most dangerous part of an opponent drawing a lot of cards is their ability to cast lots of powerful spells in one turn, so that's why affecting the number of spells they can cast is a great aspect of this list.)
• Cards that can make an opponent discard their entire hand, even if lets them draw 4 or fewer cards afterwards.

What this doesn't include:

• Cards that punish card draw or explosiveness with only 1 life loss per card drawn or spell cast.
• Cards that can make an opponent draw 5 or more cards. (Wheels.)
