I need help this is an ongoing project to take to my local gameshops for FNM modern tourney play. I am new, I only started to play with the release of Ixalan. My idea is to get a LOT of cats out, with equipment on some of them, pump the counters up to make them deadly, make some 'kittens'(the token cats), put more counters out, and swing for damage. As an alternate win condition, I was planning on running Ordeal of Heliod with Felidar Sovereign in case the game goes late. Is this something I should worry about?

Please Help! I am not that familiar with current meta so I am not sure what removal or counters I need to play.

As I am new, I do not have many of the dual land or fetch lands. Basically anything over $USD 20 I cannot afford. Please be budget conscious in your suggestions!
