Maybeboard

Combo deck that relies on abusing Freed from the Real to generate infinite mana.

Partially inspired by more-betterer-manas-turn-2-win-with-infinite-mana/, but reworked to be a much more reliable T4 win with cycling cards and some rebalancing.

List of combos :

The win conditions are Helix Pinnacle and Goblin Cannon , which automatically win the game provided you have infinite colorless mana.

(if you want to win in a more badass way feel free instead to play your Spawnsire of Ulamog and fetch your Emrakul, the Aeons Torn and a billion other eldrazi :)

The deck reliably ends the game at turn 3 or 4. Getting a good starting hand can end the game at turn 2.

The biggest difficulty is to have good cycling cards to get the cards we want :

  • Serum Powder allows to mulligan crappy starting hands. It's really needed :)
  • Idyllic Tutor is awesome as a fetch because it allows to get the main parts of the combo Utopia Sprawl and Freed from the Real , as well as a win condition Helix Pinnacle
  • Serum Visions is just so good in combo decks, cycles through 2 cards.
  • Magus of the Bazaar is experimental but seems to work really well. A cheap and efficient cycling card. In a combo deck you really don't care about card advantage...you just want to draw the right cards and this guy draws 2 cards each turn. There's always a lot of trash in your hand and the "discard 3 cards" is really not a problem.
  • Note that fetch lands like Misty Rainforest can fetch Dryad Arbor, so getting a creature to enchant is generally very easy.

Sadly, still a bit too reliant on Freed from the Real , since all the deck relies on this card, and Pemmin's Aura is not available in modern. Luckily there are TONS of ways in the deck to cycle/tutor/mulligan it and get the card every game.
